The following terms of service (the “Agreement”) govern your usage of, and access to, RoleSync and any related services (the “Service”).

RoleSync grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial use. The Service may not be used for any unauthorized or unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.

Intellectual Property

The Service, and all content and material included in the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of RoleSync and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property las. You may not use any material or other content on the Service for any commercial purpose without express written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. RoleSync makes no representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Termination

The Service reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, terminate or reduce your access to the Service at any time and for any reason, without notice.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any disputes arising from, or in connection with, this Agreement will be resolved in the courts of the State of Utah.

Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RoleSync regarding the use of the Service. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
